Constant Dissatisfaction

I have played many thousands of games in my life. I can say that maximum a few of them gave me satisfaction.

The reason for this constant dissatisfaction with my chess is that I have very high expectations of myself. I have very high standards of how everything should be and I (almost) never manage to rise to them.
