I had a very peculiar destiny with my chess career.

In the last junior championship of Yugoslavia in 1990 I finished third and was about to enter the state-organised system of training and playing. In 1991 the country ceased to exist. The new country Macedonia didn't really care about chess and I was left to my own devices.
